By accessing or using the Class.Ad marketplace platform available at class.ad (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• You must register using a valid phone number verified via WhatsApp OTP
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Listing Rules

When posting listings on the Platform, you agree to the following:

4.1 You Must

• Provide accurate and truthful information about the item or service
• Use clear, genuine photographs of the actual item being sold
• Set fair and honest pricing
• Post listings only in your home country (as determined by your registered phone number)
• Select the appropriate category for your listing

4.2 You Must Not

• Post misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive listings
• List illegal items or services
• Post duplicate or spam listings
• Use stock photos or images that do not represent the actual item
• List prohibited items including but not limited to: weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, hazardous materials, or adult content
• Manipulate pricing or listing details to mislead buyers

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through the chat system
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Platform without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful content

6. Transactions

• Class.Ad is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users
• All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed
• We do not guarantee that buyers or sellers will complete a transaction
• You are responsible for assessing the risks of any transaction
• We recommend meeting in safe, public locations for in-person exchanges

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logo, features, and content created by us, is owned by Class.Ad and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you post (such as listing images and descriptions), but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any listing or content that violates these Terms, without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Class.Ad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction conducted through the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Class.Ad, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Class.Ad operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
